Returns & Exchange policy

We are confident you will love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not satisfied then we offer a 30 day, no quibble, money back guarantee. You must contact us and return your items to us within 30 days of receiving your order to be able to receive a refund or exchange.

If you collected the order from us in person you will need to return the item to us yourself.

If you had Personal Medway Delivery we will arrange for our delivery driver to collect the item from you.

If the item was posted to you, you must post the item back to us at your own cost – the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend you use Royal Mail tracked and signed for. We cannot take responsibility for missing parcels sent by you. Please enclose your name, address and order number in the parcel so we can identify you. Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be issued within 30 days.

If the items are received back to us after 30 days, we cannot offer any refund. If you would like the items returned to you, you will need to pay the postage.

If an item is returned to us from the post office due to not being collected by you, we are able to resend the items but you will need to pay for the postage again.

Postage fees and delivery fees cannot be refunded, unless the fault is ours.

Personalised items cannot be refunded as they are made to order. If a mistake is made by us, or the item is damaged, then a replacement will be issued with free delivery.

If an item is faulty then we will issue you with a replacement with free delivery.

We cannot refund or exchange items that have been damaged by the customer.
