Delivery / Returns
At checkout you will have 3 options. Please select the one which is relevant to you.
1) Collection from Rainham, Gillingham Kent ME8 - FREE.
Please ensure you provide us with your mobile number so that we can text you to arrange a convenient day and time. Your order will be ready within 5 business days.
2) Medway Delivery
If you live in Medway - Rainham, Twydall, Gillingham, Strood, Wainscott, Frindsbury, Rochester, Chatham, Walderslade, Lordswood, Hempstead, Wigmore - you can select Medway Delivery for just £1.
Our delivery driver will deliver to you on a specific day with a 1 hour time slot (this is usually the upcoming Friday). Please ensure you provide us with your mobile number so that we can text you to arrange this.
If you select this option but are outside of our delivery area, we will contact you to arrange collection or post.
3) UK nationwide postage.
Royal Mail Second Class signed for - £4 per order.
Your order will be dispatched within 5 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident you will love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not satisfied then we offer a 14 day, no quibble, money back guarantee. You must contact us and return your items to us within 14 days of receiving your order to be able to receive a refund or exchange.
If you collected the order from us in person you will need to return the item to us yourself.
If you had Personal Medway Delivery we will arrange for our delivery driver to collect the item from you.
If the item was posted to you then, you must post the item back to us at your own cost - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend you use Royal Mail tracked and signed for. We cannot take responsibility for missing parcels sent by you. Please enclose your name, address and order number in the parcel so we can identify you. Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be issued within 14 days.
If the items are received back to us after 14 days, we cannot offer any refund. If you would like the items returned to you, you will need to pay the postage.
If an item is returned to us from the post office due to not being collected by you, we are able to resend the items but you will need to pay for the postage again.
Postage fees and delivery fees cannot be refunded, unless the fault is ours.
Personalised items cannot be refunded as they are made to order. If a mistake is made by us, or the item is damaged, then a replacement will be issued with free delivery.
If an item is faulty then we will issue you with a replacement with free delivery.
We cannot refund or exchange items that have been damaged by the customer.
To arrange a refund or exchange, you must first email us with your order information, and an image of the product if it is damaged, within 14 days of receiving your order. Email email@example.com

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
